A) damages to <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">t<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">i<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">re<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">s, the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">undercarriage of the car<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> (carter, gear,<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">box, transmission) caused by reckless driving (driving off-road <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">o<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">r careless driving in general); also damage or loss of personal <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">items and luggage, da<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">mage <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">to the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">interior<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">of the car, as, well as damage or lose the key are not <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">covered <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">by any type of insurance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>B) <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">in case of an accident and if the renter has accep<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">t<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">ed C.D.W. is charged with the daily rental <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">plus the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">deductible amount<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #a89fd3;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">. .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Please <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">note that even at C.D.W.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> damage to<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sub><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/sub><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">tires and undercarriage <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">of the car (carter, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">gearbox, transmission) caused by reckless driving (driving off road or careless driving in <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">general), damage to the interior of the car, as well as damage or lose the key are not covered. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The renter for all the above damages must pay in full even if the amount extends the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">deductible amount.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3. That said vehicle shall not be operated:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ol type=\"a\"><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To carry passengers or property for consideration expenses or implied.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To propel or tow any vehicle or transport.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In motor sport events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To transport goods in violation of <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">C<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">ustoms Regulations or in any other illegal manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">By any person without the lessor&#8217;s prior written permission.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">On rough roads.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">On snowy roads withou<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">t<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> chains.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">If the renter has not notified in advance the lessor for howing on an extension beyond the <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">agreed terminating date and without required prepayment be made the insurance cover is not <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">extended.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In the event of failure of the above article No 3, the renter besides releases of and from any liability <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">the insurance company, covering the said vehicle, and accepts full and prompt payment for any claim that may be arisen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">4. The renter expressively acknowledges personal liability to pay the lessor on demand:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ol type=\"a\"><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">All charges are described and agreed on page two.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The cost of used gasoline existed in the said vehicle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">All fines and court cost for parking, traffic or other legal violations assessed against the said <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">vehicle, renter or lessor during the term or this agreement, except where caused through the fault of the lessor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Lessor&#8217;s cost to repair collision upset damages to said vehicle provided.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">However, if said vehicle is operated in accordance with oil the terms hereof renter&#8217;s liability for <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">such damage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ol type=\"a\"><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Shall not exceed Euro <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">or<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Shall be waived if the renter has purchased in advance the collision damage waiver as evidenced <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">by his initials in the Accepts space provided on page two thereof.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">5. That renter participates as an insured under an automobile insurance policy, a copy of which <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">is available for inspection by the renter at the headquarters office of the lessor. Said third-party liability policy covers:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">a) public liability and property damages up to Euro 1.300.000 and Euro respectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The renter agrees to protect further the interest of the lessor&#8217;s insurance company in case of an accident during the term of his rental.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ol type=\"a\"><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Obtain the name and address of the parties involved and of witnesses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Not admitting liability or guilty.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Not abandoning said vehicle without adequate provisions for safeguarding and securing <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">same.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Giving o detailed report including a diagram, even in case of slight damage by telephone to <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">a 4U RENTALS station within an hours time<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Notifying the Police immediately of another party&#8217;s quit has to be ascertained or if people are <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">injured.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">6. Renter further agrees to hold the lessor harmless from and to defend and indemnity the lessor against <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">all claims based upon or arising out of such loss or damage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">7. That lessor shall not be liable for non-delivery, late delivery, or mechanical failure of said vehicle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">8. Forgery or taking off the Greek Tourism Organization signs is absolutely forbidden.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">9. That additions to or alterations of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be null and void unless agreed upon in writing and signed by the Lessor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">10. The renter received the vehicle in good condition with no damage excluding the damage marked <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">overleaf. The renter will return the vehicle in the same condition. Note that sitting in wet <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">bathing su<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">i<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">ts damages the seats and the renter is thus liable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">11. In case of difference between the contracted parties Greek Courts only will have jurisdiction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">12.
